    Most other gyms focus on either static or dynamic strength, often overlooking the benefits of the other exercises. We find value in both dynamic and static strength, so we offer classes for both!

    We aren’t a gimmicky bootcamp; Durable Human Gym prioritizes lasting quantifiable results. Our goal is for you to live healthily in your body and find exercises that will fit into your lifestyle.

  • 12 week cycles

    Why 12 weeks? It has been a long tested method in high intensity sports that 12 weeks gives you enough time to reach your peak. After the period is complete we set a week to recover and integrate.

  • Goals

    Durable Human Gym works with you to set goals and map out a course to reach them over the next 12 weeks. Each period we review progress and create a new set of goals to reach toward.
